John --
I am excited about the price of the Little Chief, as much as anything. Since I
already have all of the wood-fired smoking gear that I need (although I would
like a WSM....) I was thinking that the Little Chief might be a nice addition.
I've never used an electric smoker before, but I think this might be a great
start -- maybe it brings some things to the table that my wood-fired beasts
don't. Plus, at that cost, I don't lose much if I don't like it. Thoughts?
