Dan, I've never made them, but they sure sound good. I did a Google search and sure enough several recipes popped up. But, I presume you've done that. The only variation I saw that was really different was to double bread them after smoking and deep fry. I have some panera bread crumbs that I ordered through ebay that should make a great crispy coating. Might try it next weekend as already have plenty of pepper plans for tomorrow while watching football. I'll be using my all-purpose cheddar cheese/salsa/C. pubescens mix as a stuffing. Good luck with yours! We've never made them before and we were wondering if anyone has any good recipes or variations that they would like to share. Thanks in advance. Dan
