While in Chicago recently, a friend gave me a bottle of sauce from Heaven on
Seven -- a Cajun resaurant that I did not go to (although I did eat at Rick
Bayless' Frontera Grill).  The sauce from Heaven on Seven is very good
(excellent, really) -- moderately hot (habanero), lots of garlic, and a hint of
citrus (OJ).  Don't know if you can get it anywhere but the restaurant, but I
bet someone on this list can tell you.
