Woody, I too was afraid my high blood pressure might
be caused by ingesting too many of my beloved
habaneros, but when I queried the list a couple of
years ago about this, it seemed to be the concensus
that there might be a temporary elevation of BP during
the chili high period, but that in general, chilis are
good for your BP.
