[CH] Game recipes - some HOT, some not

I found this while searching for something else. I am
always looking for game recipes as friends of my
husband and me are hunters. I don't believe in the
actual hunting but I do love the taste of venison!
I will be making one of the recipes sometime next week
and I'll let everyone know what I thought. I have a
venison roast to get rid of. I need room in the
freezer for the T'Day turkey!
