It flash freezes them without causing as much damage from ice crystals bursting the cell walls. Clean the peppers, crush the dry ice, and combine in cooler. When the ice is gone (stopped smoking) remove the peppers, bag, and into the freezer. Plus, it's a cool (pun intended) process. Good for Halloween! Todd
