[CH] TV Hotluck Request

Got Email from Jim McGrath yesterday, and then from Al Rokers office today
requesting info about possibly filming a Hotluck in New Orleans in the near
future. This seems rather problematic as Hotlucks are generally more
organically evolved over periods of weeks and months. If anyone has any
ideas as to how this could be arranged feel free to chime in. Here is the
note I got from Roker's office:

HI! My name is Danielle Gervais...I work for "Roker on the Road," hosted by
Al Roker. We are doing a show next week in New Orleans and we were hoping
to get Al to take part in a hotluck dinner there, but I've had a lot of
problems trying to get ahold of some chiliheads in New orleans. I was
wondering if you knew of anyone who would be interested in possibly holding
a hotluck supper in New Orleans on television. Jim Mcgrath recommended I
contact you and I hate to say it, but you are my last hope! If you could
get back to me as soon as possible, that would be wonderful. Thank you for
