[CH] New Orleans

Helen and I are heading down to New Orleans next month and wanted to know if
anyone had any suggestions for off-beat places a couple of chile-heads would
like.   We've been there a bunch of times in the past (Helen has been down
there over a dozen times) so we're already aware of the usual "must" places
(Acme Oyster, the Napoleon House, Central Grocery for the muffaletta's, etc,
etc..)  We were more interested in finding the "off the beaten path" places
that you usually don't hear about.  We'll have a car for one of the days
we're there (we plan on heading to Avery Island to visit the Tabasco
factory), so we can get ourselves out of the city if need be.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Thanks.
