Hey Dave....dry them! I have some three year old ones dried(habs)and
every once in awhile I throw one of them into sumpin, like posole, or a
stew when we were eating meat. I still throw one into a veggie stew, or
tonight I will crumble one up over snapper....yum! Cheers, Doug in BC
