I agree. You must not turn the steak when you get it on the grill. Leave it alone for the first few minutes. Don't touch it no matter how much you want to. Then turn it, not with something that will poke holes though. You don't want juices running out no matter what. Also, oil the steak before putting it on the grill and make sure that the grill is really hot and smoking! So the three things to remember: oil the steak before putting on the rub SMOKIN' HOT GRILL DO NOT Turn the steak, no matter what! You should get a good crust if you leave the meat alone long enough to make a crust! 5 minutes, at least. Good luck in the future.
