[CH] Baby Backs with Jim's Sauce

Okay here is one that is a must...

Take a 9x13 glass pan or equivalent and put a piece of parchment paper 
in the bottom, spray with or cover with oil (your fav)
then  take a 1/2 cup of cider vinegar and rub/pour the rest over a rack 
of baby back ribs placed in the pan.
Salt and pepper the ribs - cover with aluminum foil and seal.
Place in a preheated 325F degree oven for 1 1/2 hours
cover the ribs with Jim Cambells Finishing sauce, about 1 cup (your 
choice - great hot or mild) and 1/8 cup honey (mix ahead of time)
place back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes more..
Let me tell you - great ribs fer sure - I gar-un-tee
