I'm doing research for a television series about traveling around the world
to do stories about chiles, regional hot sauces, recipes and spicy foods
aficionados. If anyone has any anecdotes, locations, sauces and contacts to
share for me to check out it would be much appreciated.

If I'm fortunate enough to compile plenty of material to develop into a
television series that can be sold I'll keep everyone updated about my
culinary adventures during my travels around the globe.
