> Cobra ? > Very hot; 5-6" long x .375-.5" wide, Cayenne Type; matures from green to > red; thin-skinned, curved pods hang in great numbers; Uses: Drying, Indian > Cuisine, Prolific, c.annuum Every time I've grown them, as I recall, compared with most other cayenne-types, Cobra fruits are relatively tough, not thin-skinned, average heat, and average flavor. Probably my most favorite cayenne-type is PC-1, which is thin-skinned, flavorful, and hotter than most (but is also seedier than most). Both Cobra and PC-1 produce well. But, I say best to just grow lots of different varieties of Indian-type cayennes -- difficult to get too many of this type of chile. --- Brent
