Every time I've grown them, as I recall, compared with most other
cayenne-types, Cobra fruits are relatively tough, not thin-skinned, average
heat, and average flavor.  Probably my most favorite cayenne-type is PC-1,
which is thin-skinned, flavorful, and hotter than most (but is also seedier
than most).  Both Cobra and PC-1 produce well.

But, I say best to just grow lots of different varieties of Indian-type
cayennes -- difficult to get too many of this type of chile.
