[CH] cleaning kitchen = making hab sauce

I've had a few things kicking around in the kitchen, ripening to perfection,
and not far from going to waste. So, since all these were in the same place
at the same time, then Nature took her Course - kind of like putting a
chicken in a cage with a python. But I digress.

So here's what I combined:

3 orange habaneros
2 mangoes
2 cloves garlic
1 cup orange juice
1 lime, juiced
1 onion
1/2 lemon, juiced

Method: Whirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I poured it into a saucepan and brought it to a low simmer. Then I put it
in three 8-ounce canning jars and gave them a hot-water bath for about 30
minutes.

Tasting notes: At first, because of the mango flavor, you'd almost think it
had pineapple. Then you taste the sweetness of the orange juice losing to
the tartness of the lemon and lime juices. Only after that do you begin to
taste the hab heat, which finishes off the flavor.

I think I'll call this sauce Orange Caboose.
