OK, probably not what I picked today.  Really nice 17-18 gram red pods and only 3 of them.  Just 4 days short of one year from seed start to ripe pod.  And worth the wait.  A couple more will be ripe soon.  

It's the 2nd year pods that I can't wait for.  In my very limited C. pubescens experience they have always been larger, hotter & more flavorful the 2nd year.

These were #5 to ripen of the 6 Guatemalan C. pubescens accessions I'm growing.  Am hoping #6 will have ripe pods in a week or so.
