My wife learned about chile coffee after I borrowed
her coffee grinder to grind up some caribean reds. Now
she wont have a cup without some powdered habs thrown
in. Thai Dragons also go well ground up in coffee. I
would think that the powered peppers would add heat
without adding a "green pepper" taste to your morning
cup. They also all do well in tea :) Pepper Jack
