My wife learned about chile coffee after I borrowed her coffee grinder to grind up some caribean reds. Now she wont have a cup without some powdered habs thrown in. Thai Dragons also go well ground up in coffee. I would think that the powered peppers would add heat without adding a "green pepper" taste to your morning cup. They also all do well in tea :) Pepper Jack > > I've been thinking about blending one of our fresh > roasted coffees > > with hab and/or jalapeno powder, > > You might also try it with one of the chiles that > has more fire than > flavor and see what you think.
