Here is something that Myron passed on awhile ago, his
version of Hot Popcorn. I haven't tried it but I
should (when I'm cheating!)

                              "Hot" Popcorn

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation

  10      cups          freshly popped popcorn
   1      teaspoon      paprika
     3/4  teaspoon      chile powder (or your favorite
powder!)
     3/4  teaspoon      ground cumin
   4      tablespoons   butter -- melted
     1/2  cup           Parmesan cheese -- grated
                        salt -- to taste

Put popped corn into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle
the paprika, chile powder and cumin over the popcorn
and toss to mix. Pour the melted butter over the top
then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Toss well
again. Serve warm. Makes 10 cups.
