I'd be quite wary of composting cow manure for that short a time-period.
There are some nice,
nasty new strains of enterohaemorrhagic E.coli out there that can cause you
serious harm.
O157 is the flavour here (Scotland), your strain may vary. :-)  Check up on
it before you take chances, please.
