I made a wonderful lunch for myself today - it was a wrap sandwich but not JUST a wrap sandwich - it was heaven for a chile-head! I took a whole wheat tortilla, put some hot salsa down on one side of it, then put some spinach leaves and some herbs, then some yellow bell pepper, scallion and then sprinkled it with some habanero cheddar. I rolled it up and put it in a hot skillet, with a weight on top. Seared it on both sides, melted the cheese inside and served it with some salsa mixed with sour cream. It was soooo good and so hot. The Habanero Cheddar really did the trick. My nose was running. It was really tasty too. The Hab Cheddar was from Cabot. It was delicious. RisaG __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
