I figured it out.... Gotta put this in the food processor FIRST (Thanks Alex) and then put it through the food mill. Then I found if I do it one direction it mashes, if I do it the other, it clears it, so I did same myself all of that work trying to push it through a seive. This Guajillo sauce rocks!
