Ha ha!  It really did look good.  It's been a long time since I've had fried eggs over veggies other than hashbrowns.  Last time was over lettuce leaves & sliced tomatoes.

The Chile Pepper Institute was at the show selling some awesome looking plants (for March)... and also distributing info promoting the worship of "El Grande"!!!
