"Espesa, sustanciosa y picante" - err, let me turn the can around - "Thick, rich and hot" I saw a bunch of 6-ounce cans on closeout sale at a Meijer grocery, $.37/can. I took three home to try. I had a batch of ground beef that I had fried with "mexican" seasonings, but nothing very peppery. I added one can of this sauce, and used the beef on a round of nachos. Mmm, this was nice! It had a surprisingly strong kick for a product sold outside of C-H markets. (Maybe that's why it was on markdown, eh?) I haven't tasted it alone, without anything else, but I did get another half-dozen cans on my next visit to the store. FWIW, Red Gold is a small brand based in Elwood, Indiana, and I like to support them. - A PS: Madison Madison Madison Madison _________________________________________________________________ Free up your inbox with MSN Hotmail Extra Storage.
