Oh my, just what I needed to jumpstart my day.  I am wiping tears out of my
eyes from laughing.

I dunno, Dave, ya might wanna hold onto that oceanfront property ... fresh
crabs and New Mexican chiles would be purty good . . . .  when the tide
comes in  . . . . but ya might wanna keep the tequila close at hand by
while ya wait.
