I bought some tomatillos at the Dover Street Fair last weekend and thought I would make some salsa with them. I took a recipe from the Great Salsas book by Mark Miller and it really came out great. I blackened the tomatillos on the cast iron grill and then put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Boy did this come out hot and wonderful. Thought I would pass it on ...
