This was tonight's dinner. The chiles are in the salsa
(I made a tomatillo salsa and used it as a topping).
Also, there was chile in the Penzey's barbecue
seasoning (Barbecue of America is the name of it). If
you don't have that seasoning, then use ground chile.

This is the recipe:

     1/2 26 oz can Manwich

seeds) -- split
                        Toppings (optional):
                        tomatillo salsa
                        monterey jack cheese --

Preheat a large skillet over MED heat. Brown the
turkey meat along with the onions. Once the meat is
fully cooked and browned well, sprinkle with
some Penzey's Barbecue Seasoning. Sprinkle with a
touch of salt too.

Place it in the crockpot, along with the rest of the
ingredients, except rolls and toppings. Place on LOW
for 6 hours-8 hours.

Stir well before serving.

To serve: Fill each roll with about 1/3 of the meat
mixture. It will hold on LOW for up to 2 hours; stir
occasionally.

Top with toppings if you wish. Close bun and eat! Make
sure to serve with lots of napkins!

NOTES : Risa's notes:

* If you can't find Carb Options brand (made by
Lawry's), then use regular barbecue
sauce. Or use homemade if you have it.

** If you don't have Penzey's Barbecue Seasoning, use
your favorite chile powder.
