Today my parents showed me a Russian deli they've found, and of course I browsed for hot sauces. So I spotted some tall bottles of a product called Tkemali from a Georgian company named Sarko. I tried it at home, it seems like a thinner version of a chimchurri, with a vinegar/tomato flavor spiced with pepper heat and other spice flavors. I suppose it would make a better marinade than a table condiment. I looked up "tkemali" on google, and this was one good result: http://ruscuisine.com/cooking-recipes/index.php/Sauces/?recipe=308&offset=0 OK now, regular readers here will know that I love to post a goofy ingredient list when I find one.
