PS to Gordon in UK:  Don't be concerned.  I am being quite 
circumspect in my mushroom exploration and experimentation.  My 
"enthusiasm" results more from the sheer discovery of the zillions of 
these things than from the idea of using them culinarily.  This farm 
near White Oak Creek is a veritable botanical garden of mushroom 
species.  I have never seen anything like it in my life.
