Yikes.  In peak season here in Louisville I pay $1.99 on sale at 
Kroger or Meijer, where they're okay bit not great, or $1.99 
regular peak-season price at many Asian markets or what's 
left of the Haymarket, where they're usually fresh and local.   
They're $2.99 most places the rest of the time.

Wonder why Indy Kroger charges so much more?   Indy's not 
that far from us.
