Hard to say, but doubtful. I looked twice to make sure the one I was looking at was direct planted before I offered that guess. Could also be damage from scraping against the brick when the wind blows. The chlorosis seems to be general rather than veinal like you'd expect from a virus. That tell me it's probably a nutrient problem which again goes back to soil. -Jim C Mild to Wild(R)
