Sent the subscribe command to chile-heads-request@globalgarden.com got back
the reply that says another message will be sent with the auth key which
must be returned. But it never turns up. I've been thru this process 3 times
before and have never gotten stuck at this point. The message I recieved
follows;

 **** Your request to Majordomo@globalgarden.com:
****
**** subscribe chile-heads fiveqs@verizon.net
****
**** must be authenticated. To accomplish this, another request must be
**** sent in with an authorization key, which has been sent to:
**** fiveqs@verizon.net
****
**** If the message is not received, there is generally a problem with
**** the address. Before reporting this as a problem, please note the
**** following:

**** You only need to give an address to the subscribe command if you want
**** to receive list mail at a different address from where you sent the
**** command. Otherwise you can simply omit it.
****
**** If you do give an address to the subscribe command, it must be a legal
**** address. It should not consist solely of your name. The address must
**** point to a machine that is reachable from the list server.

It would seem to be a problem with the verizon addy. verizon translates
email addys ie; when I look at my web mail the real addy that correlates to
the fiveqs one is something else. I tried that one also and had the same
problem. It would be interesting to know if bounces are coming back to the
list server.

I never get the auth key.
