I hear the upstairs neighbor slam the patio door.  I'm cooking it on a 
little electric burner out on the patio.

These are OF habaneros, smoked last night over pear wood (my first time 
using pear).  Add the aromas of onion and roasted garlic, lemon juice - I'm 
letting the ingredients guide me here, I don't know what this finished sauce 
will taste like.
