What about freezing them before roasting?  That's actually what I had in
mind.  Just bag 'em in handy quantities and pop into freezer.  I guess I
should just try it, shouldn't I? <laff>.  Not as if they cost much.  I'll
do that with some of the jalapenos I just bought and mebbe one of the
habs.
