Terry and I went to a fundraiser this weekend called Chocolate Fest. Part
of it is a competition and finally someone entered a chocolate/pepper
combo.---dark chocolate/hot
pepper truffles. They were pretty good although a truffle with orange
liquer won the event.
I think they used cayenne. I like either really hot chiles or
something milder like pasilla  or vallero with chocolate. MMmm, I'm
getting hungry.......
