[CH] Hot chocolate sauce for ice cream?

Just a shameless plug for our friend Ian that most of us met for the first 
time at Open Fields 2004.  Heat & chocolate just seem to go so well 
together.  Only just yesterday tried the fourth flavor on some Breyer's All 
Natural Vanilla ice cream.  Yum!!

Even though have added chocolate to my chili and beans for many years, my 
first real taste of hot chocolate was of the Kato's chocolate bars.  (I 
think Kato, Mick and Rita will be attending Open Fields this year)

Has anyone else tried something new that they really like?
