Well then, what are you doing arguing? :-) It was given to me as analytical grade *pure* capsaicin. Someone I met at a festival worked in a lab that used the stuff to calibrate the HPLC machinery. 16 mil was the given strength of it and about $80/gram. It is a white crystalline powder.
