I, too think that is an outstanding idea!  My recipe contribution
appears at the bottom.

Update on the fields....

Plants aren't in the ground yet.  Landlord was on vacation & since he's
been back, it is raining pretty much every couple of days.  I've planted
as late as July before, so there is no panic... just yet ;-)

Headed off to California Wednesday for the 'Zesty Best' show at the
Orange County Fairgrounds.  Back Monday.  Sigh... I don't know how it is
I get roped into these shows sometimes :-)
