[CH] greenhouse

I bought a house recently and one of the things I love about it is this 
greenhouse. http://www.austintx.com/~lemur/images/house/photos/photo1.jpg  I 
have no idea what to do with this puppy, but I know I want to get it in 
shape and start growing peppers. The plexiglas appears to be all there.  I 
have no idea what to do with the "floor" (well, clean it up of course!) 
--right now there's weeds and junk thrown in, and all those bricks are 
sitting around. Are the bricks for the "floor?"  Since it's basically summer 
in Texas, do I start working on this now to get it ready?  My previous 
pepper planting experience was the four little plants next to my garage that 
I planted last year. (Not too many peppers, but the ones I had were HOT...)  
Any suggestions are welcome, along with any resources to help me with this.
