Hi All, I have been growing Rocoto's here for some years. I lost them due to over pruning and am growing some replacements. I get only modest growth the first year , but they flourish with lots of fruit from the second on. Not much garden this year as the place recovers from the massive debris flood of mud and boulders out of the hills behind my small town of 630. (Look up "Matata floods" on Google) I am off to the UK and Eastern Europe in August returning via Western Australia in October.Hopefully no problems in my home town of London which I left 40 years ago. I will try to post while away. I have a copy of Karen Stober's itinerary but doubt our paths will cross this time. More news when I get home to Christmas and summer in NZ :-) Tony Flynn Grandad Retired to the mud Bay of Plenty New Zealand -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
