I take a big zip lock bag, put in about equal parts olive oil and red wine
vinegar, sprinkle in some garlic powder and Jim's Smoked Red Savina Powder,
let marinate for at least 1/2 hour.

BTW-since I've discovered convection broiling spiders have taken up
residence in the B-B-Q.  Meat is soooooo tender when convection broiled.
