I have picked a few peppers this week too. I think it is the same one as you Linda. It has previously been called 'Super Chili' but this year it is 'Chili Red' but I am thinking it is the same as your 'Hot Chili'. It is about 2 inches long and thin but has a smooth skin like a jalapeno. It does make a great pepper jelly I can vouch for that. I have about 10 varieties out in the garden now including Hot Portugal, Caribbean Red Hot, Habanero, Spanish Spice, Long Red Slim, Pimento, Chocoalte Beauty and some Bell Pepper. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda Panter" <lipant@sympatico.ca> To: "Dorothy Sheets" <dsheets@ameritech.net>; "Chile-Heads" <chile-heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Tuesday, July 26, 2005 9:31 PM Subject: Re: [CH] peppers and weird Midwest weather > I have picked my first chile to.
