Yesterday I checked the cute little red hab plant I have, and two of the 
pods are red and almost ready to pick.  How to honor them .... maybe 
something with the pork loin I'm thawing for cooking today.

BTW here's a new trick I'm using, make a 50/50 mix of BBQ sauce and good 
quality red enchilada sauce.  You get a sauce that's less sweet, and fuller 
in flavor.
