QRe: [CH] Fatalii sauces recipes?

A couple really simple, yet really good ones:

#1  After a trip through the blender mix the fataliis with Rico's 
condensed cheddar  cheese sauce and a little sea salt.  Add water to 
desired consistency.  Refrigerate.

#2  Blenderized fataliis, rosemary needles, black pepper, onions 
and/or garlic, Smucker's Red Plum jam, with red wine added until 
desired consistency.  Refrigerate.  Makes a great glaze when BBQing 
pork cuts.  Have successfully canned this one.

Does anyone have recipes that will work well with fataliis?  I've

a few fataliis and a bunch of (various -- RS, choc., orange) habs

OF and the garden.
I haven't made a fatalii sauce before and was looking for recipes
that
may show it off well.

And barring that, any favorite sauce recipes for habs would also be
appreciated.  I'd like a good recipe to start from so I can
personalize.
