A couple really simple, yet really good ones: #1 After a trip through the blender mix the fataliis with Rico's condensed cheddar cheese sauce and a little sea salt. Add water to desired consistency. Refrigerate. #2 Blenderized fataliis, rosemary needles, black pepper, onions and/or garlic, Smucker's Red Plum jam, with red wine added until desired consistency. Refrigerate. Makes a great glaze when BBQing pork cuts.
