No, I think spelling is your strong suit.

I have mislead this forum again. I need to get off this stuff and 
talk about chiles.

Last night for Gavin's (he's sick in bed right now) cross country end 
of season party I made a jalapeno cheese dip and served with it 
chopped green onions, and those quaint tostado  thingies that are 
scoop shaped. Plus also a puree of red ripe serranos and anchos 
(poblanos - OK go argue the semantics). To my utter amazement the 
Mid_Western guests scoffed almost the whole lot. Things are changing 
mateys and it ain't just the climate!

  (Shhhhhhh... don't tell George about the climate - it's a secret!)

BTW - Gavin being sick in bed is not a reflection on my culinary skills.
I don't think.
I hope not.
