I suppose this is one of those once-a-month questions, but I appreciate
any feedback.

I'm looking for a good source of fairly cheap dried chiles. The local
mexican store has your anchos, new mex, pasillas, chipotles, de arbol,
and guajillos for reasonable prices. Online I can only find these for
$5+ for 2oz, or $50/#, which I'm not interested in paying.

The ones I'm looking for are chicostles, chihuacle negros, chihuacle
rojos, chihuacle amarillos, costenjo amarillos, and onzo amarillos (my
goal is to have all seven oaxacan moles in my freezer and properly made
with no substitutions).

I live near NYC and would be willing to make a trip down there if anyone
knows a good place. Online would work too.

Thank you,

-Mike
