Mike, gourmetsleuth.com is cheaper for many of those. 
The Chile Guys (on the web - forget the exact
spelling) sell in quantity at low prices.  But a
couple of those varieties are just expensive
everywhere - like both chihuacles, chiltepins and onza
etc.  The Oaxacan chiles tend to be rare.
