....sigh, a few weeks ago my dear bread-baking dh cranked up the oven w/o looking and there went a good first 1/2 pound of our homemade chili powder blend (yellow squash peppers, ripe jalapenos and ripe Poblanos. I'd just put it in there for a little extra pilot-light drying after grinding. Thanks to a good pepper year, we've another quart ready!
