[CH] A Different Salsa

Here in our little part of the world, the Walla Walla valley of NE Oregon
and SE Washington, we have our share of the usual Mexican restaurants. But
we do have one that is quite different, Taqueria Yungapeti, where the food
is quite different and delicious. They have excellent salsas and one that I
really like is a light green color, sort of milky green. I tried to
duplicate it with no luck and finally asked them what was in it and found
that it has green chile, sour cream, avocado and cilantro. I tried those
ingredients and came up with a salsa similar to theirs but different in the
balance of flavors but very good. It occurs to me that there may be some
Chileheads that have recipes for something similar.

Any similar recipes out there?. Thanks.
