Didn't even know about that until I saw the e-mail. Thunderstorms and tornadoes in Indiana are like earthquakes and mudslides in California, you get to the point where you don't even notice them (unless of course your house is one of those destroyed by them). It's sad to hear about loss of life in one's home state, but it's a geographical risk. These things happen. Early warning systems have gotten better, but when a storm comes up in the middle of the night like this it's almost always going to result in loss of life.

I have family near the area, fortunately for them none of them were harmed.
