  I'm an Minnesotan expat living in the Great Gotham, New York City. I guess, I'm a transplanted hybrid 
chile-head--Minneapolis/Queens!
  After living in NYC for seven years, I miss the the Minnesota winters, where  the the air was so cold that that you could grab your words as you spoke them and put them into your back pocket as they froze mid-speech.  
  While the Twin Cities were enrapt in pristine purple skies at night, four feet of snow before Halloween, and sub-zero temperatures during the winter, the aji factor was always thre.
  I always found everything that I looked for.   The Mexicans, Ethiopeans, Eritreans always provided the best peppers.
