I think those little yellow chiles are sold under the name of Wenks
Yellow Hots. New Mexico roadside stands sell plants for them, and
Cross Country nursery has them www.chileplants.com . Margaret L

Subject: [CH] Those little yellow chiles

Hi all -

My first taste of heat was Tabasco back in the 50s. Mom caught me sucking on
the bottle and thought I was nuts.
My second heat was Del Monte pickled yellow chiles. I've seen that type
under different brands over the years. Does anybody know what variety of
chile is used for the little yellow picklers?
